David L. Wood, M.D., FAAOS, FACS
Orthopaedic Surgery
David L. Wood, M.D., is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon. He completed his medical training at Loma Linda University School of Medicine and a Fellowship in trauma, spine, and pelvic fractures at San Bernardino County Medical Center. Completion of a post-graduate rotation in sports medicine at Southern California Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Group has further enhanced Dr. Wood's training. He has served as Director of Orthopaedic Trauma at San Bernardino County Medical Center and is currently an orthopaedic trauma surgeon at Riverside Regional Medical Center. 

As an Agreed Medical Examiner, a Qualified Medical Examiner, and a Primary Treating Physician, David Wood provides the Inland Empire and surrounding counties with expert handling of orthopaedic medical legal issues. Dr. Wood's expert reporting resulted in the landmark "Minniear Decision", which empowers the treating physician with the presumption of correctness in workers' compensation cases. Dr. Wood has a special interest in youth and senior athletic programs. He is a designated Orthopaedic Surgeon for the Special Olympics, Senior Olympics, and the Police/Fire Olympics. He is also a team physician for the Western Regional Little League Championships.

David H. Doty, M.D., is Board-Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He completed his training at the University of San Diego and an internship at UCSD Medical Center. Dr. Doty completed a residency in surgery at UCSD Medical Center and Veterans Hospital, as well as a residency in orthopaedic surgery at these facilities.

Dr. Doty is a Diplomate, American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of both the California Medical Association and the Industrial Medical Council. Dr. Doty is also a Qualified Medical 
Examiner. A long-standing member of the Inland Empire medical community, Dr. Doty has served as Chief of staff at St. Bernadine Medical Center as well as Chairman Of The Department of Orthopaedics at this facility. He is specially trained in disorders of the foot and ankle, and is an expert in total joint replacement as well as knee and shoulder arthroscopy.

George S. Watkin, M.D., FRCS(C)

George S. Watkin, M.D. is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Canada and specializes in in orthopaedic surgery. He completed his medical training at the University of Toronto, where he also completed an internship and postgraduate training in orthopaedic surgery. Dr. Watkin served as senior resident in orthopaedic surgery at Hadassah University Hospital, Jerusalem.

Dr. Watkin has been in private practice in San Bernardino for over fifteen years and is well-respected for his expertise in performing Agreed Medical Evaluations. He is a member
of the Industrial Medical Council and is a Qualified Medical Examiner. Dr. Watkin is a past Chairman of Loma Linda Community Hospital. Dr. Watkin has extensive experience in back surgery and has been performing arthroscopic surgery since 1975. Mark W. Brown, M.D., is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery. He completed his medical training at the UCLA School Of Medicine, and an internship at St. Mary's Hospital, San Francisco. At Harbor-UCLA General Hospital, Dr. Brown completed his orthopaedic residency which included special rotations in spinal injury, stroke rehabilitation, orthopaedic hand surgery, pediatric orthopaedics, joint reconstruction and sports medicine. He also completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Kerlan-Jobe Clinic.

Thomas A. Schweller, M.D.
Pediatric and Adult Neurology
Thomas A. Schweller, M.D., is board-certified in pediatrics as well as psychiatry and neurology. He completed his medical training at Georgetown University, Washington D.C., and an internship at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where he also completed a pediatric residency. Dr. Schweller completed a fellowship in neurology at the Mayo Clinic. He is certified by the American Board of Qualification in Electroenchalography and is a Certified Board Examiner by the same organization. He is a member of the Child Neurology Society, the American Academy of Neurology, the American Epilepsy Society, and the National Association of Disability Examiners. 

Dr. Schweller is a recognized expert in the areas of vaccination complication and child abuse complications including shaken baby syndrome. He has extensive training in neurological examinations, seizures, and diagnostic procedures such as electromyogram (EMG) and electroencephalogram (EEG). He served as a Forum Planner for the Whitehouse Council on Children in 1970.
